We feel most buyers go online at MLS.ca (the real estate Boards website) to search in their areas of
interest . Best exposure any property can get.
2) WILL OTHER REALTORS SHOW MY HOME IF THEY ARE GOING TO BE PAID LESS MONEY?
One Percent Realty as a comany sells 250 or so homes every month. About 70% of those sales,
month after month, are 2 agent deals, with companies such as ReMax, Sutton, Homelife, etc.
our listings.
Which is almost identical to what a typical realtor will see.
3) WILL I HAVE TO PAY MORE IF A REALTOR FROM ANOTHER REAL ESTATE COMPANY SELLS MY HOME?
No! All you pay is what on the listing contract.
4) HOW MUCH WILL I SAVE IN REAL ESTATE COMMISSION ?
A typical agent will charge you 7% on the first $100,000 of the selling price + 2.5% of the balance
of the selling price eg: on a property selling for $500,000 you will save $13,400. Please check out

5) WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT YOU DO AND ANOTHER REALTOR CHARGING MORE COMMISSION?
